Veeva QualityDocs is one of the earliest system that gets implemented in early to clinical stage companies. This system serves in defining controlled documents lifecycle and workflow. It help define and track periodic reviews, train staff members in SOPs and other important documents that needs to be read and understood. This system serves as a source repository for documents that are typically needed during the regulatory inspections. These documents include but are not limited to Policies, SOPs, Work Instructions, Batch Records, and Validation.

This system is owned by the Quality organization member as Business Owner and IT organization as the System Owner. Administration is done by respective organization based on system administration SOP. Users are required to be trained and must follow the User SOP.

This system simplifies the document change management process and help define and configure the workflow based on organizational need.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
